Sambatek worked with Pope Associates on the 10-acre Harmony River Living Center senior housing complex in Hutchinson, MN. The complex is the first phase in a planned senior housing campus owned by the Hutchinson Area Healthcare Center and includes skilled nursing and assisted living units that overlook the natural wetland area to the north.
The new senior housing center also includes a town center area for dining and gathering adjacent to the outdoor patio.
Sambatek performed design work including an environmental assessment worksheet, platting, site and stormwater design, and landscape architecture.
