Minneapolis Glass Headquarters – 610 Junction West

Minneapolis Glass’ new 115,000-square-foot headquarters is at 610 Junction West in Brooklyn Park. The facility combines expanded fabrication areas, distribution capabilities, office space, and a consumer showroom under one roof, increasing capacity by over 50% and supporting the company’s continued growth. Sambatek is a proud partner to the United Properties project team, providing civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying services for this completed project.
Tesla at 610 Junction West
Clients: United Properties, RJ Ryan Construction, Inc., Lampert Architects
Tesla’s facility at 610 Junction West is a 126,000-square-foot industrial building located within the 610 Junction West business park in Brooklyn Park, MN. The facility features a 28-foot clear height and upgraded electrical capacity to support operations and logistics. Sambatek supported the United Properties project team by providing Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Land Surveying services.
The Cubes at French Lake
Clients: Clayco, Inc., LJC Architecture PC
The Cubes at French Lake is a one million-plus-square-foot speculative industrial development in Dayton, MN. Built on the former French Lake Golf Course, this cross-dock distribution center offers access to I-94 and modern infrastructure to meet national logistics demands. Sambatek provided Civil Engineering services, focusing on grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion control solutions, and slope stabilization.
Ovation Mixed-Use Development
Client: Enclave Construction
Ovation is a mixed-use development located in downtown Hopkins, MN. The project features 150 residential units and over 13,000 square feet of commercial space with walkable access to Mainstreet Hopkins and nearby amenities. Sambatek supported the delivery of this project with precise Construction Staking and Land Surveying services, including erosion control layout, curb and gutter staking, and site control. Furthermore, Sambatek provided Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture services for this project.
Dock Flats at North Loop
Client: The Connor Group, LLC
Dock Flats is a 185-unit apartment building in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. The project includes six stories of residential and retail space adjacent to Target Field and the city’s transit and skyway system. Sambatek provided an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey incorporating key Table A items such as topography, utility locations, and zoning information. This survey supported land acquisition and site planning for this high-density development.
Callisto Commons – Moon Plaza Redevelopment
Client: Roers Companies
Callisto Commons, developed by Roers Companies, is an affordable housing redevelopment in Fridley, MN. The project includes 169 apartment units serving households earning 30–60% of AMI, with amenities like underground parking and outdoor play areas. Sambatek provided Surveying and Construction Staking services, including control point layout, staking for utilities and erosion control, and building grid line verification.
Canterbury Park Barn Redevelopment & Backside Improvements
Client: Canterbury Development, LLC
The Canterbury Park Barn Redevelopment and Backside Improvements project in Shakopee, MN includes the addition of new fabric-covered barns, roadway improvements, and a reconfigured stable entrance, improving the experience for seasonal horse trainers and their teams. Sambatek provided Surveying services, completing a topographic survey and a replat of the property.
Hallon II | Suburban Multifamily – Minneapolis South & Interior Design West
Client: TF Hopkins, LLC, Kraus-Anderson Construction Company
The Hallon II is a luxury apartment community offering high-end living in a calm, serene environment. Amenities include a pet-friendly roof deck, outdoor fitness area, open-air yoga studio, community gardens, a spa, pool, hot tub, indoor fitness, coworking spaces, and coffee service. Sambatek provided Base Mapping, Construction Staking, and As-Built Survey services to support the development and ensure accuracy throughout the construction phase.
