Bryan Rislund leads project delivery and quality management for major transportation projects while mentoring project managers and technical staff. He brings more than 25 years of experience delivering roadway, highway, and multimodal infrastructure for state, county, and local agencies. His background includes roadway design, utility coordination, traffic management, construction staging, and quality management. Bryan works with project teams to establish clear plans, define responsibilities, address technical challenges, and maintain consistent quality from early design through construction. He also helps project managers strengthen communication, manage risks, and keep schedules and deliverables on track. Because of his broad experience with MnDOT, county, and municipal projects, Bryan understands how agency requirements, stakeholder needs, and technical decisions affect project delivery. His approach is organized, collaborative, and focused on getting the details right. Bryan’s leadership helps teams deliver dependable work while building the skills, judgment, and accountability needed to manage increasingly complex transportation projects.
