Sirish Samba leads Sambatek’s strategy, culture, growth, and key client and industry relationships. He joined the firm in 1994 as an Engineer-in-Training and became CEO and majority shareholder in 2009. With more than 30 years of experience in civil engineering, financial management, and business development, Sirish understands both the technical work and the business decisions required to build a strong company. He works closely with Sambatek’s leadership team to set direction, identify opportunities, and make sure the company continues to grow in a way that supports its employees, clients, and communities. Sirish also stays actively involved with major clients and industry partners, helping strengthen long-term relationships and expand Sambatek’s reach. His leadership is grounded in practical decision-making, accountability, and a clear focus on creating opportunities for people. He has served in leadership roles with the Engineering Education Foundation of America, ACEC/MN, the Allina Foundation, and ICOC/MN.
