Neon on Grand: Luxury Meets Sustainability

The Neon on Grand development in Burnsville brings a luxurious touch to the city’s skyline with a 275-unit, seven-story apartment building located at the high-traffic intersection of Interstate 35W/35E. The project, which sits on an 8-acre site, is designed to provide upscale living with top-tier amenities like a rooftop sky deck, outdoor pool, fitness center, and dog park. The development is set to transform Burnsville’s landscape with plans for additional phases, including apartment buildings and townhomes.
