Sambatek Projects Nominated in 42nd Annual Awards of Excellence

We’re excited to announce that three Sambatek projects have been nominated for the 42nd Annual NAIOP Minnesota Awards of Excellence. These awards recognize outstanding commercial real estate developments across the state, honoring projects that demonstrate excellence in site development, architectural integrity, interior design, community integration, market feasibility, unique challenges, and sustainable design.

With a focus on creating flexible space in the northwest metro, Dayton Parkway Business Center delivers 131,578 square feet of Class A distribution and light manufacturing opportunities on a 10-acre site at 17800 Territorial Road in Dayton. Conveniently located near the new Dayton Parkway Interchange and I-94, the project meets the needs of users seeking smaller footprints in a submarket traditionally dominated by larger facilities. Sambatek partnered with The Opus Group to provide civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying services, helping bring this modern, high-visibility development to life.

Minneapolis Glass 610 Junction West (Brooklyn Park)
Clients: United Properties, RJ Ryan Construction, Inc., Lampert Architects
Minneapolis Glass’ new 115,000-square-foot headquarters is at 610 Junction West in Brooklyn Park. The facility combines expanded fabrication areas, distribution capabilities, office space, and a consumer showroom under one roof, increasing capacity by over 50% and supporting the company’s continued growth. Sambatek is a proud partner to the United Properties project team, providing civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying services for this completed project.

Tesla 610 Junction West (Brooklyn Park)
Clients: United Properties, RJ Ryan Construction, Inc., Lampert Architects
Tesla’s facility at 610 Junction West is a 126,000-square-foot industrial building located within the 610 Junction West business park in Brooklyn Park, MN. The facility features a 28-foot clear height and upgraded electrical capacity to support operations and logistics. Sambatek supported the United Properties project team by providing civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying services.
