Sambatek has worked with Opus and the University of St. Thomas since 2007 on key projects for the Saint Paul campus. Projects include a new athletic center, student center, chapel addition, and a new first-year dormitory. The projects have included underground stormwater systems, tunnels, subsurface parking, and significant utility coordination with the existing infrastructure. The City of Saint Paul has approved all improvements according to the site plan review and building permit processes, including design work, and permitting for utility and street connections with the public right-of-way.
