Expanding Affordable Housing: The Reserve at Settlers Ridge

Sambatek is proud to provide engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture services for The Reserve at Settlers Ridge, a new two-phase affordable housing community in Woodbury, Minnesota, developed by Real Estate Equities and designed by Kaas Wilson Architects.

This thoughtfully designed project will include two 126-unit apartment buildings on over 29 acres, offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units designed for households earning 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Residents will enjoy modern amenities, including:

  • A fully equipped fitness center
  • Convenient underground parking
  • Outdoor spaces with patios, green areas, and walking trails

Phase I is under construction and is scheduled to begin leasing in January 2026, with Phase II following closely in May 2026. This project will provide 252 units of high-quality, accessible housing that will strengthen the Woodbury community and offer families a place to call home.
