Rone Apartments has opened its first building at Fernbrook Lane North and Harbor Lane North in Plymouth. Doran Companies transformed the former office site into a residential community, with a second building planned as part of the phased development. Each building includes 176 apartments, for a total of 352 homes when both phases are complete.
The newly opened building offers studio, alcove, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Residents also have spaces to gather and spend time outdoors, including a clubhouse, entertainment suite, fitness lawn, second-floor pool, and activity lawn.
Sambatek provided engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture services for the project. Our team supported the site’s transition from office use to a residential community.
