Chad brings over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry and a proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving strategic growth. His extensive background in transportation projects and public service makes him a valuable addition to the Sambatek team.
As Director of Client Services, Chad will focus on expanding Sambatek’s public sector client partnerships, enhancing business development efforts, and contributing to the firm’s long-term growth strategy. His role includes strengthening connections with existing and new clients, helping to shape project opportunities, and supporting the success of teams across the company.
Chad’s professional experience includes over 14 years at the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) and more than five years at KLJ Engineering, where he worked primarily on highway transportation projects. He brings deep expertise in project management, client engagement, and strategic planning within the transportation sector.
One of Chad’s proudest professional accomplishments is his contributions to developing and implementing safety projects to reduce fatalities on Highway 12. This was a significant and highly impactful contribution to public safety and the communities he served.
