Director of Operations
Ben Lodin is a Project Manager and Quality Manager with more than 17 years of experience in transportation and infrastructure design. He has led and supported a wide range of MnDOT projects, including corridor studies, roadway improvements, and complex urban and rural transportation projects.
Ben is known for being steady, thoughtful, and collaborative. He helps teams stay focused on the details that matter most, including schedule, budget, risk, quality, and client communication. His ability to build trust with clients, agencies, and project partners makes him a strong leader on technically complex projects.
As a Quality Manager, Ben has completed more than 100 independent technical reviews and has developed project-specific quality management plans to help ensure deliverables are complete, consistent, and aligned with agency standards. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota.
