Ben Robeck leads Sambatek’s transportation practice, including technical capabilities, practice performance, client service, proposal pursuits, and team development. He has more than 14 years of experience delivering roadway, interchange, corridor, traffic safety, and multimodal projects for state, county, and local agencies. Ben has worked on projects ranging from local street and trail improvements to major freeway and interchange expansions with construction values exceeding $250 million. He works closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to understand project needs, evaluate options, and develop practical solutions that improve safety, mobility, and connectivity. As practice leader, Ben helps guide technical standards, staffing, project delivery, and employee development across the transportation team. He also supports proposal efforts and client relationships, making sure Sambatek’s experience and approach are clearly aligned with each opportunity. Ben brings a balanced perspective to his work, combining hands-on design and project management experience with a clear focus on quality, coordination, and client service.
