Brian Burchett leads technical delivery for Sambatek’s North Carolina land development practice, including permitting, surveying coordination, and project execution. He has more than 40 years of experience in civil engineering, land surveying, permitting, and commercial development. Brian joined Sambatek in 2022 through the acquisition of Commercial Site Design in Raleigh, bringing deep knowledge of the local market and development process. He works closely with clients and project teams to understand site conditions, agency requirements, schedules, and project goals before technical work moves forward. His broad background helps teams identify potential issues early, coordinate across disciplines, and develop practical solutions that support approvals and construction. As practice leader, Brian also provides technical guidance, supports staff, and helps maintain consistent quality across North Carolina projects. His leadership is grounded in experience, clear communication, and a strong understanding of what clients need to move a development from early planning through permitting, design, and final delivery.
