Chad Erickson leads growth and client development for Sambatek’s public markets and provides executive oversight of construction and field service operations. He brings 20 years of transportation experience, including more than 14 years with MnDOT. That background gives him a strong understanding of how public projects move from early planning and studies through design, coordination, construction, and final delivery. Chad works closely with clients to understand their priorities, identify upcoming needs, and connect them with the right Sambatek team and services. He has led and supported corridor studies and design efforts for MnDOT and county clients, with a focus on safety, mobility, stakeholder coordination, and practical solutions. Internally, Chad helps align sales efforts with staffing, technical capabilities, and project delivery so the company can pursue work it is prepared to perform well. His approach is relationship-driven, straightforward, and focused on building trust through clear communication and dependable service
