Erik Miller is a Client Services Manager with extensive experience in commercial land development. Based in Sambatek’s Minnetonka office, Erik has managed projects for clients including Walmart, Ryan Co., The Doran Group, United Properties, Real Estate Equities. Erik’s experience focuses on master-planned, multi-phased development projects, where he assists with all phases of site development, from early planning and entitlement through design, permitting, and construction. He understands how to coordinate the many moving pieces of a development project while keeping the client’s goals, schedule, and budget in focus.
