Glen Mullenbach leads contract administration, inspection, quality assurance, constructability review, and coordination of field services, including construction staking. He has more than 25 years of experience in civil construction, surveying, and transportation infrastructure. As a licensed Professional Land Surveyor, Glen brings together design, construction, and field perspectives that are often handled separately. He works with clients, contractors, and project teams to understand how plans will function in the field, identify potential risks, and resolve issues before they affect construction. His experience includes construction planning, utility coordination, contract administration, and project delivery for roadway, trail, and public infrastructure improvements throughout Minnesota. Glen also helps coordinate field staff and mentors team members so they can provide clear communication, accurate documentation, and dependable service. His practical knowledge of how projects are laid out and built helps improve constructability, support quality decisions, and keep field operations organized from the start of construction through final acceptance.
