Matt Fuerst leads Sambatek’s field services division, including practice performance, client relationships, proposal pursuits, and team development. He has more than 20 years of experience in construction management, contract administration, construction inspection, and infrastructure project delivery. His work includes transportation, municipal, trail, transit, and utility projects, giving him a broad understanding of how plans are carried into the field. Matt provides leadership and oversight for construction services teams while helping clients manage quality, safety, schedules, budgets, utilities, traffic control, and contractor coordination. He works closely with owners, contractors, project managers, and inspectors to address issues quickly and keep work moving. Matt also brings field insight into planning and design discussions, helping teams improve constructability and reduce avoidable challenges during construction. As a leader, he supports staff development, clear expectations, and consistent service. His practical approach helps clients navigate complex construction work while maintaining accountability and protecting the overall goals of the project.
