We’re excited to share that Tesla 610 Junction West in Brooklyn Park has been named a winner at the 42nd Annual NAIOP Minnesota Awards of Excellence! The NAIOP Awards of Excellence honor outstanding commercial real estate developments across the state, recognizing projects that exemplify site development, architectural integrity, interior design, community integration, market feasibility, innovative solutions to unique challenges, and sustainable design.

Tesla’s facility at 610 Junction West is a 126,000-square-foot industrial building located in Brooklyn Park’s growing business park. Designed with a 28-foot clear height and enhanced electrical capacity, the facility is built to support Tesla’s operational and logistical needs, setting a new standard for industrial space in the region.
Sambatek was proud to partner with United Properties, RJ Ryan Construction, Inc., and Lampert Architects to bring this project to life. Our team provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying services. The collaboration across disciplines ensured that the project not only met Tesla’s unique requirements but also contributed to the success of the broader 610 Junction West business park.
This award represents more than just a successful project—it’s a reflection of the strong partnerships between Tesla, United Properties, RJ Ryan Construction, Lampert Architects, and Sambatek. Together, we delivered a facility that is both functional and forward-looking. We’re honored to see this project recognized by NAIOP Minnesota and look forward to continuing to help our clients bring complex, impactful projects to life.
