A familiar corner of Plymouth is getting a new look.
The Plymouth Plaza redevelopment is transforming much of the aging retail site at County Road 6 and Highway 101 into a new mixed-use development designed to better serve the surrounding community. The approximately 6.5-acre redevelopment will add a new medical office building and a four-story, 195-unit apartment building, along with significant infrastructure and site improvements.
The $62 million investment represents more than new buildings. It is an opportunity to reinvest in an established area of Plymouth, modernize an underutilized site, and create a mix of housing, healthcare, and commercial uses that can serve the community for years to come.
Sambatek is supporting the redevelopment from planning through construction, providing preliminary and final plat preparation and approvals, site and civil design, utility improvements and coordination, stormwater management, and construction administration.
