Sambatek was the primary civil consultant for the design, entitlement, and permitting of the 517,000-SF distribution facility located in the SW quadrant of Manning Avenue and Hudson Road in Woodbury, MN. The project encompasses a gross site area of 73 acres with a total developed area of approximately 60 acres. Sambatek provided site, grading, and utility design services for the private improvements, along with design planning, coordination, and management of approximately $15 million of public infrastructure to service the NE Commercial Area of Woodbury.
