Rogers 101 Business Park in Rogers, Minnesota, is officially underway, with construction moving forward on the 45-acre site along Northdale Boulevard near Trunk Highway 101. The development will include approximately 450,000 square feet of industrial and warehouse space. Located in a growing industrial corridor in the northwest metro, the site will provide flexible space for warehouse, distribution, and light industrial users.
Sambatek has supported the project through several phases, including environmental permitting (EAW), civil engineering, surveying, site design, construction staking, and construction administration. Our team has helped move the site from early planning into active construction while coordinating the civil design and infrastructure needs for a project of this scale.
The project includes grading, utilities, stormwater management, access improvements, parking and trailer areas, landscaping, and coordination with public infrastructure along Northdale Boulevard. Sambatek’s construction staking work supports the layout of key site elements, including building pads, curb and gutter, sidewalks, truck docks, ponds, retaining walls, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, light poles, and other site features.
As construction progresses, Sambatek is providing construction administration and field inspection for access improvements along Northdale Boulevard. This work includes project coordination, field documentation, construction observation, as-built support, and compliance with applicable public infrastructure standards.
Rogers 101 Business Park has required coordination across the full project team, including CP West, R.J. Ryan, CBRE, Braun Intertec, the City of Rogers, and Sambatek. Once complete, the project will add important industrial and warehouse space to the Rogers market and support continued growth in the northwest metro.
