Sambatek Hires Travis Mondok as Land Services Practice Leader, Texas

Travis Mondok Joins Land Services Team

Minnetonka, Minn – Sambatek is pleased to announce and welcome the addition of Travis Mondok as Land Services Practice Leader for our Texas office. Travis has 16 years of experience in land development design for commercial and residential land development.

Travis has prior military experience to encourage team collaboration and align team members’ strengths and skill sets to produce the engineering designs and construction plans. His land development experience includes multi-phased designs that align with the client’s budget and the market demand. This experience includes coordinating approvals with multiple government agencies, including cities (within City Limits & ETJ), TxDOT, FEMA, TCEQ, MUDS, etc.

In addition, Travis’ project experience extends to contract preparation, site analysis, land entitlement, OPC preparation, construction document preparation, bidding, project scheduling, construction administration, and construction inspection.

Travis comes to Sambatek with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University. Before Sambatek, he worked at Barraza Consulting Group and Stantec. Travis brings professional design experience in various project types, including residential communities, commercial sites, and multifamily complexes. He is a Texas Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager.
