We’re excited to share that four projects supported by Sambatek have been nominated for the 2026 CREDA Minnesota Awards of Excellence!
This year’s nominated projects include:
- 610 Junction Building 4
- BAE Systems Maple Grove Engineering Facility
- Lakeville 35 Logistics Center
- Vale Apartments
The CREDA Minnesota Awards of Excellence celebrate outstanding commercial real estate projects and the teams behind them. Projects are recognized for everything from thoughtful site development and design to community impact, sustainability, and the creative solutions needed to bring them to life.
These four projects are very different, from engineering and technology to industrial development and multifamily housing, but they all reflect what can happen when strong teams work together to solve challenges and create spaces that serve businesses and communities. We’re proud of the role Sambatek played in bringing each project to life and grateful for the clients, partners, and employees who made the work possible. Congratulations to all of the 2026 CREDA Minnesota Awards of Excellence nominees!

610 Junction Building 4 is an 88,000-square-foot Class A industrial warehouse located at the highly visible intersection of Highways 169 and 610 in Brooklyn Park. The project is the final building in a three-building industrial park and completes United Properties’ development work in the immediate Highway 610/169 corridor. Getting the project built requires some creative problem-solving. The original site configuration couldn’t accommodate a building of this size, so the project team reworked the layout and lowered the site to reduce costly earthwork. Those changes ultimately created an additional 8,000 square feet of rentable warehouse space, maximized highway visibility, and made the development possible. The completed building includes 28-foot clear heights, 10 dock positions, more than 140 parking spaces, and flexible warehouse space designed to serve a variety of future tenants. Sambatek provided civil engineering services as part of the project team.
