Sambatek is proud to share that two projects we helped to bring to life, Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe and Dayton Parkway Business Center, have been named Finance & Commerce Top Projects. Each year, Finance & Commerce recognizes 50 standout construction projects from across Minnesota. Honorees are selected based on factors such as design creativity, construction challenges, collaboration, innovation, and sustainability. While these two projects serve very different purposes, each reflects the value of strong partnerships and thoughtful design.
Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe
Located in St. Francis, Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe is a new senior living community designed to support adults 55 and older through every stage of retirement. The community includes 134 apartments offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Care Suites. Residents also have access to welcoming shared spaces, dining options, wellness amenities, and outdoor gathering areas.
Sambatek provided construction staking services for Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe. The development creates an accessible, welcoming place where residents can feel at home. Dayton Parkway Business Center
Dayton Parkway Business Center is a 131,578-square-foot distribution and light manufacturing facility located near the new Dayton Parkway Interchange and Interstate 94. Developed by Opus Development Company, the project responds to a growing need for flexible industrial space in the northwest Twin Cities metro. Its location, building size, and adaptable design make it an attractive option for companies that need a smaller footprint while still benefiting from access to major transportation routes.
Sambatek provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying services, working closely with Opus to transform the 10-acre site into a functional, flexible business destination.
