One of our notable Dunkin projects involves the meticulous site design of a 1,848 square feet Dunkin with a drive-thru, situated on 0.57 acres. Overcoming challenges posed by a limited building envelope and unique site characteristics, our team delivered value-added design solutions. The project included an outdoor seating area, accommodating 14 parking spaces while navigating extreme topographic variations exceeding 20 feet across the site. Our design ensured compliance with client and regulatory requirements for final grade, cross slopes, ADA elements, and parking lot improvements.
