Sambatek worked with the city of Dayton to prepare the preliminary plans, ROW plans, ROW acquisition, final plans, and specifications for the extension of West French Lake Road to service the Graco facility expansion. The project included a three-lane section of roadway, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main extension to serve the entire corridor. The new alignment was designed to minimize impacts on wetlands and avoid encroachment into a conservation easement. The utilities for this project included a 16-inch sanitary sewer, a 12-inch water main, and a significant lift station. Coordination with an adjacent project was required to manage each segment's alignment and vertical profiles.
